- Ready Stock in Egypt: Orders for items currently available in Egypt are delivered within 1–3 days.
- International Orders: Items shipped from abroad are delivered within 7–14 days.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Items sourced from international brands may require additional processing and shipping time. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to the customer whenever possible.
3. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, phone numbers, and delivery addresses.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping and delivery fees are communicated before order confirmation.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees are fully covered by us. Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs charges or fees upon delivery. The price confirmed at the time of ordering is the final price, with no hidden charges.
6. Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their orders at the agreed delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply in case of failed delivery attempts.
